As I’ve been learning how to deal with my untreated PTSD, I’ve been learning alot about mindfulness meditation. This has greatly helped me these past couple months set some of the anxiety aside and generally learn how to be ok with the new found peace in my life (much easier typed/said then done!).
Mindfulness meditation practice couldn’t be simpler: take a good seat, pay attention to the breath, and when your attention wanders, return. By following these simple steps, you can get to know yourself up close and personal.
